Launch of eMocha Mobile App for Tuberculosis Screening and Education

Johns Hopkins Center for Clinical Global Health Education, in partnership with the Johns Hopkins Center for TB Research, has launched a new mHealth app for Tuberculosis screening in developing countries. The application, which is currently available on Android-based smartphones, is a free open-source app which will assist physicians and other health care providers with providing better education to patients. eMocha is able to gather data and seamlessly transfer it to a server where medical staff can access medical information.
