EHI live, now in its 8th year, is the UK's leading exhibition for digital health, hospital information and healthcare innovation. The event attracts visitors and delegates from around the UK and beyond who are keen to learn from industry leaders and examine new technologies. The EHI Live exhibition gives visitors the chance to see the best that NHS IT suppliers have to offer.

“EHI Live will bring together the movers and shakers in the digital healthcare and IT industry. It will be a dynamic knowledge exchange and learning experience. The exhibition will be a platform for businesses and healthcare IT enthusiasts to engage and discuss important healthcare concepts that can advance patient care,” says Simon Page, Managing Director, Informa Life Sciences Exhibitions.

EHI Live will take place in Birmingham, UK, Nov 3-4, in Hall 1 at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham. The event will host more than 250 exhibitors showcasing the latest advances in IT healthcare solutions. The conference serves up a stimulating programme of sessions across three streams – Leadership, Best practice and Innovation – featuring leading thinkers, healthcare practitioners, policy makers, technologists and futurologists.

EHI Live continues to focus on the frontline use of technology by IT staff and clinicians alike. Once again the exhibition hosts the annual HANDI Health Apps conference which comes with its own specialist app zone, a feature dedicated to use of open source technology, the co-location of the CCIO Leaders Network annual conference as well an exhibition that already feat ures more exhibitors than last year. EHI will host the second Health CIO Network Annual Conference, bringing together CIOs from inside and outside the NHS. The exhibition floor will host popular features from previous shows, such as ‘The Pipeline’, which gives suppliers a chance to show what is coming next in healthcare IT, and the Best Practice Showcase and EHI Awards Theatre, which highlight practical examples of good work going on in NHS trusts.

The conference 13 tracks, or as EHI calls them, "conference streams." All streams are free-to-attend and there are no restrictions to which sessions or conferences participants can attend. The tracks are listed below. There is something very special about these tracks. Unlike typical Health IT conferences that focus on proprietary applications, EHI streams focus on solutions. In addition, EHI Live has embraced open solutions. The streams feature open source solutions, open data, interoperability, open source hardware and 3D biopringing, and so on.
