Axial Exchange Tops for Patient Transfer Technology

Axial Exchange, which develops interoperability technologies based on an open-infrastructure platform, has won the "Ensuring Safe Transitions from Hospital to Home" initiative, sponsored by Health 2.0 and the Department of Health and Human Services' Partnership for Patients Initiative.
