2012 International Open Government Data Conference
Data.gov and the World Bank are joining forces to sponsor the second International Open Government Data Conference (IOGDC) to be held on July 10-12, 2012, in Washington D.C. at the World Bank Headquarters at 1818 H Street NW. The IOGDC will gather policymakers, developers, and others with a keen interest in open government data to share lessons learned, stimulate new ideas, and demonstrate the power of democratizing data.
The IOGDC will bring together the world's foremost experts on open government data. From policy to technology, IOGDC promises to be filled with thoughtful, dynamic discussion around the historic opportunity presented by open government data to foster collaboration, transparency, and interactive public participation.

Open Development And Aid Flows: How To Use Aid Data
Every year over $130bn of aid flows in official assistance from donors to support development projects across the globe. Add in funding from charities and Non Governmental Organisations (NGOs), and other sources, and you can see that international aid involves staggering sums of money, and supports thousands upon thousands of projects across the globe. Through the International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI) an increasing amount of open data on these aid flows is becoming available online in structured ways.

OSEHRA 2012 Open Source Summit
The Open Source Electronic Health Records Agent (OSEHRA) will be hosting its First Annual Open Source EHR Summit & Workshop October 17 and 18, 2012, at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland. OSEHRA is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating an open source ecosystem around the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) world-class EHR, VistA. Since its creation a year ago by the VA, the organization has grown rapidly and now has more than 1,000 members. Members include a large number of private companies that are engaged in implementing VistA private sector hospitals and clinics, as well as in the large number of foreign countries that are adopting VistA. These solution providers are also developing a whole range of enhancements to the VistA core.

OSEHRA 2013 Open Source Summit

Open Source Developers' Conference 2015
The Open Source Developers' Conference is a not-for-profit conference covering all aspects of Open Source Technology, from software and systems to open data. For the past 11 years OSDC has been held across Australia and New Zealand, and in 2015 will be hosted for the first time in Tasmania, from October 27-29 at the Wrest Point Convention Centre in Hobart. Open PHACTS Conference: Linking Life Science Data: Design to Implementation, and Beyond
Open PHACTS will be hosting a two-day conference in Vienna, Austria on the 18–19 February, 2016. The conference will include a variety of expert speakers and open discussions on linking data in the life sciences domain. Day 1 will focus on what has been achieved so far in this domain, by the Open PHACTS project and by others.
