Open Access–Strategy Institutions, States and the European Union
This meeting will be held in Paris, January 24-25, 2013. The focus will be on how to achieve 100% accessibility of research results financed from public funds in a timely manner. This question is posed by the European Commission to all Member States who are invited to position themselves on the widespread deployment of open access to the results of their research in a recommendation [1] of the European Commission, July 17, 2012.
