On Thursday, June 20th, 12:00 — 2:00 pm, Columbus Club at Union Station, the Capitol Hill “Steering Committee on Telehealth and Healthcare Informatics” will host a panel discussion entitled: “Health Information Technologies: Ensuring Successful Transitions Between Hospitals, Home Care, Long Term Care”. The HIMSS Foundation, Institute for eHealth Policy is pleased to be collaborating with the eHealth Initiative to convene this program.

The program is publically available and widely attended — lunch served — and is especially geared toward Congressional health and technology staffers and lead organizations to help bring them up to speed on fast evolving policy issues. We urge you to send appropriate staff who may be addressing these matters.
