ONC Releases CONNECT 3.3

On March 16, the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC) released CONNECT 3.3, the latest version of the open source Health Information Exchange (HIE) gateway. Development efforts focused on enhancing the product’s scalability, improving the ability to customize the product for an organization’s specific needs, and making sure that the product aligns with emerging health information exchange specifications while retaining the ability to share data securely with organizations using previous versions of specifications.
