HELM Open Source Code Orientation Webinar

The Pistoia Alliance would like to invite you to their HELM Open Source Code Orientation Webinar at 15:00 BST on Wednesday 19th June.

HELM which stands for “Hierarchical Editing Language for Macromolecules” - along with a supporting software toolkit - was developed by Pfizer researchers to manage the challenges of dealing with large biological molecules. Pfizer has been working with the Pistoia Alliance to ensure these powerful tools are made freely available to the wider life science community.

We have reached an exciting point in the project where the source code for the HELM editor and toolkit has been released, and is now available on GitHub as open source software. We want to provide the tools for as many people as possible to get involved in using HELM and so would like to invite you to a “HELM open source code orientation” webinar.

This is a quick start session that will help you find your way around the code when you first start to use it. It will link the code implementation with the notation and enable you to see how HELM can be used in practice.
