2017 ONC Annual Meeting: Tackling Barriers to Interoperability and Usability
The office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) will hold the 2017 Annual Meeting from November 30 – December 1, 2017 at the Washington Hilton in Washington, DC. The 2-day meeting will gather approximately 1,200 health IT partners and will include a mixture of plenaries and breakout sessions each day. The plenary sessions will include keynote addresses and panel discussions with breakout sessions focusing on interoperability & usability. Space is limited, so please register as soon as possible. If you require lodging, please make your hotel reservations no later than October 29th in order to take advantage of the special group rate. We anticipate our room block to sell out before this time so we encourage you to make reservations as soon as possible.

OSEHRA Innovation Webinar: An Introduction to Panorama
The Panorama Framework is an open source web development framework for VistA. Its use and development mirror classic VistA/DHCP in many ways, from security implementation to extensibility based on a menu system. Javascript is the primary development language, replacing M for all simple operations. Panorama's objective is to reuse as much existing VistA code as possible and provide a path for incremental for GUI-fication of existing VistA applications.

OSEHRA eHMP Meet to Demo Light Enterprise Application Framework (LEAF)
OSEHRA's next Enterprise Health Management Platform (eHMP) Technical Working Group (TWG) meeting has been scheduled. The meeting will feature a special presentation by OSEHRA Member, KRM Associates, Inc. on their Light Enterprise Application Framework (LEAF) which utilizes features of eHMP.
