Top 4 jobs ICD-10 will place in high-demand

When a staffing firm produces survey results showing that personnel resources are the biggest challenge faced by health entities under ICD-10, well, that might be something of a calculated coincidence. But that doesn’t change the fact that ICD-10 will demand new skills and, in many cases, that will mean new employees.
The professional staffing firm in this instance is TekSystems, which hired a third-party market researcher to survey 600 healthcare professionals – 67 percent on the provider side, and the remaining 33 percent payers. The poll found that for 55 percent of respondents, staffing topped the list of ICD-10 challenges....
