The Federation of Asian Biotech Associations (FABA) is a non-profit registered society that aims at multifaceted promotion and development of Biotechnology in Asia. FABA made its beginning in 2004 and has gradually progressed to register a significant landmark by creating a common platform for the member countries to discuss the issues of common interest related to Biotechnology. Technology Transfer, resource sharing, business collaborations, Industry-Academia linkage, cross border trade and investments are few among its achievements in this field. European Biotechnology Thematic Network (EBTNA) was started in 1996 with the aim of forming a relationship between education and research activities of European Institutions and Enterprises growth. In a span of ten years it has completed four Biotech projects. The main aim of the Biotech Network project is to co-ordinate with European Universities, enterprises to create a forum between European partners of different sectors and enterprises. It has also accomplished projects like Biotechnology Dissemination, Biotechnology Thematic Network, EuroBiotech project and Biotechnology University Formation for Enterprises Development.
Established in the year 1997, International Society of Addiction Mission (ISAM) is aimed at promoting the addiction medicine in addressing the problems of alcohol and drug-abuse.
European Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Association (ENNA) is a Non-profit Organization that operates with a mission to promote interdisciplinary sciences. ENNA ensures public service on all research and education matters within the scope of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology.
